    Job Overview:

    We are looking for a skilled Business Development profile to join our team and lead our dedicated remote developer services.

    The BDM will be responsible for identifying, developing, and expanding business opportunities for our remote developer services, by building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients and partners.

    As the BDM, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive growth, and for ensuring that our services are meeting the needs of our clients.

    You will also work closely with our development team to ensure that our services are competitive, high-quality, and meet industry standards.


    Responsibilities:
    Identify new business opportunities for our dedicated remote developer services, and develop and implement strategies to achieve growth. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry leaders. Work closely with our development team to ensure that our services are competitive, high-quality, and meet industry standards. Develop and execute sales plans and proposals that meet the needs of our clients.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and legal, to ensure that all aspects of the business are aligned with our growth goals.

    Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats. Develop and manage budgets and financial plans to achieve growth targets.


    Requirements:
    Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role, preferably in the IT industry. Demonstrated success in developing and executing growth strategies. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners. Knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies. Understanding of remote work culture and best practices. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    This is a fulltime position working for office.
