    High-Level Executive Assistant

    About the Role

    The ideal candidate will provide top-level support to senior executives, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. Key responsibilities include calendar management, meeting preparation, and email correspondence.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Calendar Management: Organize and coordinate executive schedules to ensure timely meetings and appointments.
    • Meeting Preparation: Assist executives in preparing for client meetings by drafting documents, slides, and notes.
    • Email Correspondence: Respond to emails and document requests on behalf of executives, maintaining a professional tone and adhering to company standards.
    • Document Creation: Draft high-quality documents, including meeting minutes, reports, and presentations, as required.
    • Payment Follow-up: Ensure timely payment processing and follow up with clients as necessary.
    • Customer Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience: A degree in business administration, communications, or a related field is preferred.
    • Microsoft Office Suite Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
    • Multitasking and Time Management: Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
    • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with executives, clients, and colleagues.
    • Language Skills: Fluency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati is highly desirable.

    Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
