We are working with a leading globalprofessional business consulting services company who is seeking toonboard a RALLY Production Support Engineer Consultant. In thisrole you will be responsible for crafting clean functional code andensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests usingAgile Methodology.Location: Remote/work from home fromanywhere in FranceEmployment type:FulltimeDUTIES ANDRESPONSIBILITIES:

• Followthe internal processes to the T.
• Document thetransition and transition internally to the geographicallydistributed team
• From steady state: on a daydaybasis resolve tickets within SLA in doing do collaborate with thegeographically distributed teams to achieve better efficiency andproductivity by taking advantage of work that can be done acrosstimezones
• Be absolutely client experiencefocused and have a passion to identify opportunities tocontinuously improve our services
• Report toLeads outside of the local region and participate inpreparing/presenting status reports
• Programconduct code reviews and test software as needed ensuring qualityof deliverables
• Assist in Documentation KEDBRecovery & Resolutionprocedures
• Analyze business functions and datadiscrepancies
• Communicate effectively withglobal team members and business users at alllevels
• Take an oncall responsibility on arotation basis with colleagues once the candidate is up tospeed
• Work would be in Energy and manufacturingfunctional area
• Flexible to work inMaintenance/Support DevelopmentProjects
• Execute various forms of testing unitsystem regression integration performancevolume
• Experience in code management andversioning methodologies
• Participate in scalingthe team by training others on RALLY &RDB

REQUIREMENTS:

• ProfessionalEnglish and French language skills
• Bachelors ormaster s in engineering or mathematics ispreferred
• Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills
• An end to endunderstanding of business use cases
• Ability totransform them into an effective and strategicsolution
• Ability to take on a job without muchlegal support

Preferredqualifications:

• Experience in RALLYand RDB on VAX/VMS or OpenVMS environment
• Opento learn and work on 3rd party applications and coordination withglobally distributed tech team to solve other techbased app sissues
• Superior customer servicemindset
• Advanced troubleshooting&scripting skills (Debugging & scripting skillsrequired)
• Handson experience in RALLYRDB
• Good to have knowledge of Productionsupport activities (added advantage)
• Ability toanalyze data
• The ability to communicatefriendly and cultural behavior during customercontact.
• Strong customerfocus
• Willingness and ability tomultitask
• Willingness to learn theProduct/Platform and associatedtechnologies
