    Description

    Manager - Talent Management

    Education:

    Qualification: MBA - HRM from Tier I / Tier II Institute (2017/2018/2019)

    Responsibilities:

    Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.

    Conduct regular surveys and feedback sessions to understand employee needs and concerns.

    Plan and execute employee recognition programs and initiatives to foster a positive work culture in accordance with BCCL values.

    Coordinate with department heads to address employee grievances and improve communication channels.

    Identify training needs across the organization through skill gap analysis and performance evaluations.

    Design and deliver training programs aligned with organizational objectives and individual development plans.

    Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics

    Develop a Talent Portrait by maintaining a comprehensive talent database including skills, qualifications, and career aspirations.

    Implement talent profiling methodologies to assess employee competencies and potential.

    Identify and onboard external vendors for various HR services and collaborate with them to innovate and improve HR processes, ensuring cost-effectiveness and service quality.

    Collect, analyze, and report talent metrics to senior management for decision-making purposes.

    Use data-driven insights to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities related to talent management.

    Continuously refine and improve talent metrics frameworks to align with organizational goals and industry best practice
