    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for an User Experience Designer located in Mumbai - Borivali.

    Candidate will be responsible for crafting seamless and intuitive user experiences across our digital platforms from conceptualizing user journeys to creating wireframes and prototypes, ensuring our products meet the needs and expectations of our users.


    • Design and develop user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes to visualize and communicate user interactions and experiences effectively.


    • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers and stakeholders to define project requirements and goals.


    • Conduct user research and analysis to identify user needs, behaviors and pain points, and integrate findings into design solutions.


    • Create user interface designs and style guides that align with brand guidelines and enhance overall user experience.


    • Develop user experience plans and strategies to guide the design process and ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints.


    • Iterate on designs based on feedback, user testing, and data-driven insights to continuously improve usability and accessibility.


    • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX/UI design to drive innovation and excellence.

    Qualifications

    • User research and design thinking skills
    • Experience in Visual design and User experience (UX)
    • Must be proficient with Figma, Photoshop and Illustrator.
    • Strong prototyping skills
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
    • Proficiency in design software and tools
    • Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
    • Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
