Job Roles and Responsibilities

-> As a Supply chain Manager, he will be managing the logistics team to ensures that the product is delivered in a timely & efficient manner.

-> Work with internal fulfillment team to track, problem solve issues. Assist in ideating and implementing new processes to prevent issues and improve operations

-> Monitor inventory levels to ensure product is arriving and orders are being fulfilled in a timely manner, consistent with communicated customer timelines

-> Collaborate with vendors to ensure deadlines are met and all issues are effectively communicated and resolved

-> Produce and distribute frequent receiving, shipping, and inventory reports, including trouble shooting and resolving issues

-> Supervising daily exercises of transportation groups and providing guidance

-> Negotiate prices with service providers, negotiate contract terms and supervise their performance for warehouse operations and deliveries

-> Will be responsible for organizing the delivery partners

-> Ensure the orders are delivered on time

-> Ensure the cash on delivery are collected and validated

-> Reviewing and applying best practices to establish frameworks

-> Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities

Job Requirements

-> 1-3 years of experience working e-commerce preferably in logistics

-> Any Bachelor Degree

-> Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate with many individuals and teams, including many different personalities.

-> Ability to comfortably manage multiple projects at a time, while staying on deadline and sustaining quality of work.

-> Identify and set priorities which accurately reflect the relative importance of job responsibilities and department initiatives

-> Proactive and adept problem solver; ability to come up with inventive solutions on the fly.

-> Detail-oriented and organized.

-> Strong working knowledge of Product, Inventory and Order management systems

-> Strong math and analytical skills

-> Proficient in Excel & Microsoft Office

-> Strong communication skill

-> Ability to work independently and follow through on assignments with minimal direction

Salary : 15k-18k
