We are seeking a Customer Care Associate to join our team at Talentport Recruitment Services. As a Customer Care Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our partner clients and candidates. This is a full-time position located in Mohali, Punjab, India

Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to empathize and understand customer needs
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling customer information
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
• Previous customer service experience is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding inquiries, feedback, and complaints from clients and candidates
• Provide accurate and timely information to clients and candidates regarding our recruitment services
• Address and resolve customer issues in a professional and timely manner
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by consistently meeting or exceeding customer expectations
• Assist with administrative tasks related to customer care, including data entry and document management
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure a seamless and positive experience for clients and candidates
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain a high standard of customer service
