    Developer Lead - Looking for a Lead developer and SME who have hands on experience in ITSM, ITOM - CMDB, Discovery, Automation and SPM but not limited to.

    • ServiceNow ITOM Expertise: Proven experience in implementing and managing ServiceNow Discovery and Event Management solutions.
    • CMDB Knowledge: Strong understanding of the CMDB lifecycle, including discovery, service mapping, and CI data integrity.
    • Integrations: Hands-on experience with REST, SOAP, and API integrations for systems like AD, MID Servers, and credential stores.
    • Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript and the ability to develop custom patterns and workflows.
    • Cloud Infrastructure: Experience with cloud-native infrastructure and cloud discovery tools.
    • CSDM Framework: Strong knowledge of the Common Service Data Model (CSDM).
    • Hands on Script automation, backend development, understanding of ITSM, RPA, ability to use flow designer and design workflows.
    • Channel the team and adhere them to build per the Architecture design.
    • Core strength in architecting design solutions.
    • Automation experience will be a big plus.
    • Ability to participate and contribute to pre-sales, presentation, and build technical road map.
    • Understand and estimate the effort and project cost.
