- Identify and cultivate new sales leads
- Present and pitch services to potential clients
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Research organizations and individuals online to discover new leads and markets
- Follow up on new business opportunities and arrange meetings
- Clearly understand client requirements and convey them to developers
- Prepare bids, emails, and messages tailored to project specifications
- Deliver excellent presentations and communication, both written and verbal, with fluency in English
- Call prospects and clients daily, following up on open requirements
- Meet set targets and goals
- Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of similar experience, particularly with overseas clients (USA, Canada, Europe & UAE)
- Strong knowledge of technology, computers, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Excellent presentation skills for documents and meetings
- Outstanding English communication skills, both verbal and written
