    • Ensure Productivity is monitored/enhanced in line with set targets
    • Ensure optimum utilization of resources
    • Maintain Team MIS and conduct regular appraisal
    • Consistency in achieving the agreed performance parameters
    • TAT adherence to be mandated & regularly monitored
    • Achieve team targets on TPP/other products as agreed
    • Conduct trainings for the new joinees
    • Refresher training to be identified & conducted
    • Regular monitoring and feedback to be provided to the execs
    • Update team of any new updates. Assist team with prompt handling of escalations
    • Client feedback to be shared with resp dept.
