We are seeking a proactive Influencer Marketing Specialist to scout, identify, and onboard the right creators for our clients. This role involves developing tailored influencer strategies that align with each brand's voice and objectives, staying ahead of social media trends to create impactful collaborations, and fostering strong relationships with both established and emerging talent.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard influencers across all social media platforms based on client objectives and target audiences.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key creators, talent agencies, and influencer networks.
• Maintain a detailed database of influencer partnerships, deliverables, and outcomes.
• Stay up to date on social media trends, viral content formats, and emerging influencer marketing tools and platforms.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or social media management.
• Strong network and understanding of the influencer ecosystem, including micro and macro creators across categories.
• Proven experience managing influencer budgets, deliverables, and contracts, ensuring ROI-driven execution.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills with influencers, agencies, and internal teams.
• Highly creative and detail-oriented thinker with a knack for campaign storytelling and brand alignment.

Skills

• Hands-on experience with influencer marketing tools or platforms such as Starbuzz AI, AspireIQ, or Upfluence.
• Familiarity with paid social campaigns and User-Generated Content (UGC) marketing models.
• Strong analytical mindset to measure performance, optimize strategies, and report campaign ROI and engagement metrics.
