PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Procurement of new business by identifying and exploring opportunities in the market.
• Building and Maintaining strong relationships with clients and insurance companies.
• Ensure credibility with clients by maintaining up-to-date knowledge of current market scenarios including products.
• Liaise with underwriters of insurance companies to amend policies wherever necessary to meet the clients demands.
• Consult on the most effective insurance covers for a particular need.
• Deliver good customer service and respond swiftly to queries and concerns of the clients.

OTHER JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ability to inspire trust and attention to detail and accurate record-keeping with strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Develop and deliver innovative ideas in new business procurement.
• Experience working in General Insurance / Insurance broking Industry only.
