- Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement:
- Implement best practices and quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality Laravel solutions that meet industry standards and client requirements.
- Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall project success.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3+ years of proven experience in project management.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Laravel framework and web development technologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure.
