    Talent Acquisition Head - Engineering Services


    Job Description:

    • Driving the full spectrum of recruiting and selection activities
    • Creating and implementing talent acquisition strategies for leadership, midcareer and graduate hiring
    • Designing and driving the adoption of consistent recruiting, interviewing and hiring practices that support a strong candidate experience
    • Partnering with leaders within the organization to track the ongoing hiring needs of their business
    • Managing endtoend recruitment for senior roles
    • Identifying and partnering with external providers as required to ensure hiring needs are met
    • Defining and driving the team to meet and exceed hiring benchmarks relating to time to fill, cost per hire, diversity hiring, and hiring manager and candidate satisfaction
    • Defining and leading projects focused on continuous improvement
    • Staying uptodate with industry trends, best practices, and emerging recruitment technologies, incorporating innovative approaches into our talent acquisition efforts.

    Required Skills:
    -18+yrs experience in TAG managing TAG teams of +25 ppl composed of all levels of recruiters and also 1 or 2 TAG Managers.

    • To be able to detail (factual examples) on TAG traditional indicators like speed of recruitment, lead time to hire and lead time to sign, compliancy of salary baseline.
    • Exposure to sourcing strategy for niched skills (naming the main strategies per given situations he/she has experienced)
    • Management of TAG service through an ATS.
    • Should have experience into Engineering Services (Aerospace, Automotive, etc.,)
