JobDescription:Financial Planningand Business Operations:

• Supportmanagement team and the heads of department with data drivenanalysis
• Monthly review and closing ofPL.
• Review of balance sheet on a monthly basisto analyse the key metrics for anyanomalies.
• Preparation of annual budgets andreview the actual performance as against thetarget.
• Involved in conceptualizing andimplementing business ownership pattern such that financial and taxbenefits can be achieved.
• Supporting theaccounts team in audit andcompliances

Mergers &Acquisition and Fundraise

• Preparation of business modeland valuation
• Preparation of Pitchdecks
• Analysing and generating a report of keymetrics of the target company
• Conducting companalysis
• Structuring of deal foracquisition

Board /Investor/Internal Stakeholderreporting

• Preparation of Boardpresentation
• Investor updatepresentation
• Investorreporting
• Preparing Data and reports asrequired by internaldepartments

ProcessImprovement

• Review existing processand procedures to develop recommendations for improvementefforts.

RequiredQualification &Experience:
