    Business Development Representative

    The Sales Development Team is a critical component of our growth plan. All inbound and outbound engagement with prospective customers starts with the SD team. As an Outbound Business Development Representative (BDR), you will be responsible for generating interest in IndieVisual by contacting prospects, presenting our solutions, and qualifying leads and converting them to achieve your revenue targets. You will work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure we operate as a seamless organization to build our pipeline of business. Foremost this role is responsible to generate revenues from custom shoot requirements of clients. Build a healthy pipeline from all the TGs ( Startups, SME's, Media/Creative Agencies, News Agencies, Production Houses), and nurture account for continuous business.

    The ideal individual will have experience with enterprise sales/partnerships and be interested in working for a media enterprise. Your knowledge Media Agency, SME's, MNC's and Start-up ecosystem combined with superior communication skills and analytical abilities, will shape IndieVisual's B2B business to help us hit our revenue milestones.

    Responsibilities:

    · Driving business account acquisition: Screening of potential business opportunities, Development of new and existing leads.

    · Pitch, close and manage sales with all TG's.

    · Handle complete sales cycle end to end, from Lead Generation to Sales Closure

    · Study competition closely and plan new initiatives proactively

    · Create positive brand image & awareness amongst the TG's.

    · Stay on top of trends in a rapidly changing media market and be well informed about the latest happenings across various categories.

    · Develop and maintain client relationships + convert existing relationships.

    · Use both qualitative and quantitative research to build pipeline.

    · Study and understand all facets of the media products and services being offered

    · Regularly report progress and results in the tool used by the company (including revenues and costs)

    · Use your frontline knowledge of customer needs to educate the broader team on learnings and opportunities

    · As an individual contributor, you'll be supported by our operations team and will benefit from working alongside the leadership team that has charted our explosive growth journey.

    Qualifications:

    · Minimum 5 years' experience in media sales/media planning or relevant experience.

    · Proven experience of business development or sales experience in media /ad sales.

    · Understanding the media and digital landscape.

    · Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
