    We are seeking a skilled HR Recruiter with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team at Verifitech Services - India. As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and recruiting qualified candidates for various positions within the organization. This is a full-time position based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
    • 1 to 3 years of experience as an HR Recruiter
    • Familiarity with various sourcing strategies and recruitment techniques
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
    • Ability to work independently and in a team
    • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
    • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the requirements and expectations for each job position
    • Source candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, and employee referrals
    • Screen and shortlist resumes to identify qualified candidates
    • Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate suitability
    • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
    • Update and maintain candidate information in the applicant tracking system
    • Assist in the onboarding process of new hires
    • Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
    • Participate in recruitment events and job fairs to attract top talent
