    Position will be in Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh.

    Assistant General Manager QA:

    1. The candidate should have good exposure in Quality system implementation in knit garments manufacturing.
    2. Preferable for B.Tech/ Diploma in Textile or related subjects.
    3. Minimum 15 years of experience
    4. Age below 45 years

    Responsibilities:

    1. Establish quality assurance programs and quality control policies as required to meet customer expectations on quality and product safety across all our factories right from fabrics to garments dispatch.
    2. Ensure Implementation and monitoring of quality standards for the factory, adhering to Buyer's requirements. Organize internal process audits on SQP requirements and ensure the sustenance of practices
    3. Identify and recommend corrective and preventive measures for non-conformance and customer feedback & complaints. Ensure closure of the CAP
    4. Give concessional approvals on deviations on quality within tolerance specifications
    5. Develop and sustain continuous education program for workforce on quality consciousness and customer requirements
    6. Review and monitor fabric inspection reports and drive fabric team for continuous improvement on fabric quality
    7. Review and monitor monthly lab test reports on trims, fabric and garments
    8. Review and monitor final inspection reports both internal and external
    9. Data analysis for continual improvement on product quality
    10. Drive for innovations and develop QA team to take more responsibilities
    11. Offer technical advises to Product Development team for preparation of new development samples

    Process Goals:

    Reduce cost of quality 10% from current level (checking, AQL inspection and QA team cost)

    Nil customer complaints

    Inspection failures not to exceed 2% of the total inspection quantity

    No charge back and claims due to quality & product safety and legality issues
