We are looking for aqualified HR professional as a Placement Coordinator for aHospitality Training Institute who will provide students with fieldplacement contact information. The coordinators serve as liaisonsbetween college facility and students for field placement. You willhave to identify the required requirements and assist apprenticeparticipants in theexchange.

JobResponsibilities

• Youwill have to assist students with interview techniques jobreferrals and resume writing.
• Determine allrequired placement requirements and assist all apprenticeparticipants to exchange all informationappropriately.
• Maintain knowledge on allrequirements to facilitate efficient working ofcompany.
• Prepare all resumes and conductinterviews with all students and provide assistance to allgraduates and review all procedures of placementdepartment.
• Promote all placements ofcandidates to various prospective hotels through phone email andfax.
• Conduct orientation programs for all newstudents and ensure optimal utilization of all resources and ensurecompliance to college regulations.
• Administerand provide assistance to all annual enrolment processes andprepare placement reports.
• Assist in candidatehiring and screening processes.
• Addressingemployee queries on payrolls compensations or any otherbenefits

JobRequirements

• Graduate/ post graduate with specialization in HumanResource.
• 4 to 6 years of experience in thefield of HR or Training
• Preferably female withpleasing personality
• Excellent experience inthe planning and execution of HRplans
• Exceptional oral and writtencommunication skills.
• Strong organizationalskills.
• Ability to manage and handle multipletasks.
• Outstanding problemsolvingskills.
• Exceptional attention todetail.
