- Lead longrange planning and financial models partnering with leaders to create and meet overarching financial objectives
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting process on a monthly/quarterly / annual basis to support the attainment of the company's growth objectives
- Develop and improve dashboards to track business KPIs; identify trends and assist functional leaders achieve outstanding performance
- Drive the execution of the value creation plan and drive investment decisions for the company
- Driving the overall cost management initiatives for the company
- Accounting, Taxation, Reporting and Financial Operations
- Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL and Counsel, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition
- Ensure that all of the company's accounting practices are in line in statutory regulations and legislation. Manage the audit process across all the geographies.
- Lead the accounting department in support of daytoday operations, including tracking financial data, invoicing, payroll, etc.
- Implement and manage software, systems and processes to supporting accounting, financial planning and payment processing
- Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings
- Seek out methods and practices to minimize financial risk
- Update, implement and oversee financial policies and procedures including controls
- Lead all accounting and finance personnel (management accountants, internal auditors etc.)
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders (e.g., Board of Directors, banking partners and potential investors) regarding company finances
- Lead financial due diligence for fundraising efforts, large deals, contracts and M&A negotiations
- MBA in Finance from a tier 1 institute, CA or CPA, and 10+ years in leadership roles in finance and accounting field with progressively increasing responsibility.
- Experience in managing all elements of finance including accounting, financial planning and analysis.
- Strong analytical ability to drive sound financial decisions.
- Strong communication and relationship leadership to manage internal and external stakeholders.
- Prior experience leading a technology startup through periods of rapid growth, building out a robust finance & accounting function to support the company needs, corporate due diligence / managing fundraising efforts and managing external investors is highly desirable.

The Finance Director will be responsible for assessing the financial performance of the company as well as possible risks and investments.
He/she will also undertake all aspects of financial management and accounting, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecast preparation and- development of internal control policies & procedures across all geographies.
The ideal candidate will also be well versed with GAAP standards, and standard accounting/ taxation/ equity principles across multiple geographies with emphasis on USA & India.
Prior experience leading a services startup through periods of rapid growth, building out a robust finance & accounting function to support all company needs, and managing fundraising/corporate due diligence efforts is desirable.
This position will report directly to the CEO with extensive cross-functional interaction.The position will be based out of Bangalore, India.
