    Job Overview:

    As a Travel Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling travel packages, accommodations, and other travel-related services to individuals and groups. Your primary goal will be to maximize sales by providing exceptional customer service, understanding clients' needs, and offering tailored travel solutions. This role requires strong communication skills, a passion for travel, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Sales Generation: Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.

    2. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their preferences, providing personalized recommendations, and addressing their concerns promptly and effectively.

    3. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest travel trends, destinations, and services to provide accurate information and create compelling travel packages tailored to clients' interests and budgets.

    4. Quoting and Pricing: Prepare detailed itineraries and cost estimates based on clients' requirements, ensuring transparency and clarity in pricing and inclusions.

    5. Booking Management: Coordinate bookings, reservations, and logistics with airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other service providers to ensure smooth travel experiences for clients.

    6. Upselling and Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to upsell additional services such as travel insurance, car rentals, and activities to enhance clients' travel experiences and increase revenue.

    7. Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by the company, demonstrating a results-driven approach to sales.

    8. Customer Feedback: Collect feedback from clients post-trip to evaluate their satisfaction levels, identify areas for improvement, and enhance the overall customer experience.

    Requirements:

    Proven experience in sales, preferably in the travel industry.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

    Knowledge of travel booking systems and software.

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.

    Passion for travel and willingness to travel occasionally for industry events or familiarization trips.
