We're hiring for the role of Program Manager at BeyondSkool Jaipur.

Primary responsibilities are to maintain strong relationships with our partnered schools by meeting with principals regularly and providing them with regular feedback, conducting training sessions for teachers on innovative teaching methods, overseeing classroom performance to ensure quality standards are met, and providing regular feedback to teachers to enhance their performance. The Trainer will also need to provide regular feedback to the teachers about their performance and suggest remedial measures when necessary.

Education and Teaching skills

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Note: This is a field job, and will require travel across the City.
