Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior designers, project managers, and software engineers to understand project goals and requirements.
  
• Assist in conducting user research and analysing user feedback to gain valuable insights for designing user-centric interfaces.
  
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for product features and enhancements.
  
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups to visualise and communicate design concepts effectively.
  
• Develop and refine user interfaces for web and mobile applications, adhering to best practices and design guidelines.
  
• Work closely with developers to ensure the successful implementation of design solutions.
  
• Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and propose their integration into the design process.
  
• Assist in usability testing and gather user feedback to iterate on design improvements.
  
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually appealing graphics for promotional materials.
  
• Embrace constructive feedback and continually refine design concepts for optimal user experiences.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in UI/UX Design, Product Design, Interaction Design, or related fields.
  
• A strong portfolio showcasing design projects, such as user interfaces, wireframes, prototypes, or related design work.
  
• Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, XD), Sketch, Figma, or similar software.
  
• Basic understanding of design principles, information architecture, and user-centered design.
  
• Passion for creating intuitive and visually appealing user experiences.
  
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain design consistency across various platforms.
  
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate design ideas effectively.
  
• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and stay updated with the latest design trends and tools.
  
• A positive attitude and a strong work ethic, with a dedication to excellence in design.
  
• Any personal projects or extracurricular design activities that demonstrate your creativity and passion for design will be a plus.
