    Description
    We are seeking ahighly motivated and resultsdriven Recruitment Executive to joinour dynamic Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will beresponsible for managing the full recruitment cycle fromidentifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluatingcandidates. The Recruitment Executive will play a key role inensuring our company attracts hires and retains the best employeeswhile growing a strong talentpipeline.

    Responsibilities:
    • Developand implement effective recruiting strategies to attract a diversepool of qualified and capable talent for theorganization.
    • Workclosely with hiring managers to understand their needs define jobspecifications and ensure job descriptions are uptodate andcomprehensive.
    • Conductsourcing activities including networking headhunting and utilisingsocial media platforms to identify and attract highqualitycandidates.
    • Screenresumes and applications conduct initial interviews and assessapplicants knowledge skills and experience to best match with thejobrequirements.
    • Coordinateinterview schedules facilitate interview panels and ensure apositive candidate experience throughout the hiringprocess.
    • Managerecruitment databases and applicant tracking systems ensuring allcandidate communications and records are uptodate and compliantwith relevant laws andregulations.


    Requirements

    • Provenexperience as a Recruitment Executive Recruiter or similar rolewith a track record of successfulplacements.
    • Strongunderstanding of recruitment processes and candidate selectionmethods.
    • Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interacteffectively with candidates and hiring managers at alllevels.
    • Proficiencyin using HR software (e.g. Applicant Tracking System like ZohoRecruit) and professional social networks (e.g.LinkedIn).
    • Abilityto manage and prioritize multiple recruitment tasks and projectseffectively.
    • Strongdecisionmaking skills and the ability to workindependently.
    • Familiaritywith labor laws and regulations related to recruitment andemployment.
