    Job Description :

    - Expertise in on-prem Exchange to Office 365/Exchange Online -Design ,maintain & troubleshoot.

    - Monitor, Manage and Troubleshoot Active directory/Azure AD & its related services.

    - MFA/Defender for Office 365 Experience.

    - Security Hygiene Checkup at various levels.

    - Intune/Azure AD device policy setup and configuration.

    - MS Teams Administration and reporting knowledge.

    .- Intune/Defender for Endpoint setup and configuration.

    - Expertise with PowerShell scripting for all Office 365 products & power Automate experience.

    - Experience in Intune and Autopilot.

    - Must have good presentation and communication skills.

    Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Managers, Project Managers, and Solution Architects in the estimation of solutions and/or software programs and applications

    Steer a team in the development of quality software solutions using an agile/devops methodology

    Assist in preparing and documenting software requirements, specifications, and designs

    Oversee test strategy, test planning and execution activities to ensure quality delivery

    Recommend, schedule, and perform software improvements/upgrades/patches to ensure technology currency

    Administer critical analysis of test results and devlier solutions to defects and performance bottlenecks

    Provide mentorship and guidance to other members of the team

    Participate in 3rd level production support for critical escalations
