• Communicate with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and prioritize their requirements for web applications
• Validate business requirements during the implementation of web applications.
• Create user stories, use cases, functional specifications, and other documentation for a technical audience using tools such as Microsoft Teams, Jira, and Office apps
• Work with developers, testers, and project managers to ensure the requirements are implemented correctly and meet the business objectives
• Conduct regular review meetings with stakeholders to discuss the progress of tasks and projects.
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure that the project deliverables are in line with the business requirements and are delivered on time.
• Perform user acceptance testing and provide feedback on the functionality and usability of the web applications
• Create user manuals, FAQs, training materials, and other support documentation for the web applications

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or related field
• At least 3 years of experience as a business analyst or similar role in web application development projects
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with both technical and nontechnical staff
• Familiar with web application concepts, such as UI/UX design, APIs, databases, security, etc.
• Proficient in Microsoft Teams, JIRA(or similar), and Office applications, especially Excel.
• Experience in creating comprehensive documentation.
• Familiarity with web applications and their functionalities.
• Understanding of SaaS products and their operational requirements.
• Ability to work flexible hours and accommodate overlap with US time zones to coordinate with the global team and clients
• Reliable virtual office setup with a stable internet connection
