• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable
• Should have end-to-end experience in the AR processes, from invoicing and payment

• The candidate should have a successful history of leading and guiding teams in an AR environment.
• The candidate should have a basic understanding of accounting principles, revenue recognition, and financial reporting to ensure accurate and compliant AR management.
• Excellent communication skills
• A proactive and analytical mindset to identify process gaps, implement improvements, and resolve challenges effectively.

• Ability to follow up on outstanding invoices and handle collection efforts professionally while maintaining positive relationships with customers.
• Skill in analyzing accounts receivable aging reports to monitor overdue accounts and take appropriate actions to resolve outstanding balances.
