Qualifications / Educational Level & Skills:
Graduation or Post graduate in IT (BCA, BSE IT, B-Tech )
Proven experience as a CTO or similar leadership role
Knowledge of technological trends to build the strategy
Understanding of budgets and business-planning
Ability to conduct technological analyses and research
Excellent communication skills
Leadership and organizational abilities
Problem-solving aptitude
Diploma in Hardware & Networking
Should be CCNA or CCNP-certified
Good knowledge of VMware technology is a must.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop technical aspects of the companys strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals.
Discover and implement new technologies that yield competitive advantage.
Configuration of all network devices, Routers, managed L2 & L3 Switches, etc.
Supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency.
Use shareholders feedback to inform necessary improvements and adjustments to technology.
Maximize network performance by monitoring performance, troubleshooting network problems and
outages, scheduling upgrades network optimization.
Providing hands- on network support for production issues related to trading, office, and data center environments
Support and Administer firewall environments.
Upgrade data network equipment to the latest stable firmware releases
Provide direct technical support of Linux and related technology in a production/live trading environment.
Knowledge of multicasting routing, PIM, IGMP protocols etc.
Assisting networking monitoring and troubleshooting of Linux-based servers, including supporting hardware.
changes, software installations, and upgrades.
Experience of maintaining NAS storages Synology, Netgear, and Dell.
Communicate technology strategy to partners and investors.
Formulate a vision for how technology will be utilized within the company.
Outline company goals and timelines for research and development
Develop technical aspects of the companys strategy for alignment with its business goals.
Ensure that the technological resources satisfy the companys short and long-term needs.
Verify all technological practices adhere to regulatory standards and compliance.
Identify and implement innovative technologies that yield competitive advantage.
Monitor KPIs and IT budgets to assess technological performance.
Experience of Google Gsuite services.
Experience of maintaining VMware, Citrix Xenservers.
Good experience of Information security and Policies.
Knowledge of maintaining Anti-virus admin consoles.
