WorkLocation: Chennai(Hybrid)

Responsibilities:

• BI: Developmodern data architectural approaches for business intelligencereporting and analytics including that for machine learning modelsand data science ensuring effectiveness scalability andreliability.
  
• ETL:Develop modern data architectural approaches for ETLprocesses.
  
• Gatherand build canned and ad hoc reports and dashboards using reportingand visualization tools. Provide support and education to thebusiness units on published datamodels.
  
• Collaboratewith other data engineers data scientists and product managers toimplement a shared technicalvision
  
• TechnicalWriting including documentation of analyses justification ofinsights PowerPoint presentations of conclusions technicalproposals etc.
  

SkillsRequired:

• 5years of software development and architectureknowledge
  
• 2years working with Python or other highlevel developmentlanguage.
  
• 5years working in production software developmentenvironments.
  
• 3years of development and knowledge of Data Warehousing principlesELT / ETL processes and dimensional modelingconcepts.
  
• Experiencewith Cloudbased data managementservices.
  
• Experiencewith Data wrangling transformations filtering etc.
  
• Strong SQLskills.
  
• Advanceddata aggregation and modeling skills using the latest techniquesand best practices for query tuning (i.e. partitioning clusteringnesting optimizing join patterns and analyticswindowfunctions).
  
• StrongExpertise in Cloudbased Services GCP and or AWS for data managementGCS Big Query and or RedShift S3) and workflow orchestrationprocessing. ex: Airflow Dataflow GCP Composer AWS Glueetc.
  
• Handsonexperience with building reports anddashboards
  
• Experiencewith CI/CD pipeline integrations anddocumentation.
  
• Highlyanalytical datadriventhinker.
  
• Selfstarterable to work autonomously with littleoversight/guidance.
