About the Job

Role Overview:

Total Experience: 10 Years

We are seeking an experienced SAP WM Functional Consultant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP Warehouse Management (WM) and ability to analyze, design, and implement effective WM solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

SAP WM Implementation:

Lead or support SAP WM implementation projects, including blueprinting, configuration, testing, and deployment.
Customize and configure SAP WM modules to meet business requirements.

Process Analysis and Optimization:

Analyze current warehouse management processes and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to design optimized workflows.

Support and Maintenance:

Provide end-user support, resolve incidents, and perform root-cause analysis for SAP WM-related issues.
Ensure system stability and compliance with industry best practices.

Documentation and Training:

Prepare functional specifications, configuration documentation, and test scripts.
Train business users on SAP WM functionalities and updates.

Integration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules (i.e., MM, SD, PP).
Facilitate data migration and system interfaces with third-party tools or external systems.

Required Skills and Experience:

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP WM (configuration, implementation, and support).
Strong understanding of warehouse processes (inbound, outbound, inventory management, physical inventory, etc.).
Experience with master data related to WM, including storage types, bins, and handling units.
Proficiency in SAP WM configuration: Storage location control, strategies, replenishment, and stock movements.
Familiarity with RF technology and integrating WM with barcode scanners.
Understanding of WM integration with other SAP modules like MM, SD, and PP.

Preferred Skills:

Technical Skills:

SAP EWM: SAP EWM experience or exposure (basic knowledge or certification is an added advantage).
S/4HANA: Experience with S/4HANA environments is highly desirable.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to write detailed functional specifications for custom developments.

Educational Background:

Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
SAP WM Certification is a plus.
