Bubble Developer - Scale Our Vision

We're on a mission to democratize access to the world's talent pool, connecting great employers with exceptional employees across boundaries.

Role Overview:

We use Bubble as our primary development framework and are seeking an experienced Bubble Developer to join our team as we scale.

You'll work closely with our founder and CTO to accelerate business growth, craft product vision, build robust applications, and drive system architecture.

About You:

2+ years of experience in Bubble development
Strong portfolio of Bubble apps
Demonstrable experience building scalable, high-performance systems
System thinking, creative problem-solving skills, and a keen eye for detail
Familiarity with product development lifecycles, agile workflows, and UX fundamentals

Your Responsibilities:

Build and maintain core product features using Bubble.io
Design and implement scalable backend workflows, APIs, and data structures
Collaborate on system architecture and infrastructure planning
Develop frontend interfaces with clean UX and attention to design
Interview users and stakeholders to understand requirements and pain points
Lead documentation of workflows and internal processes
