Responsibilities:

• Requirement Gathering End to end understandingof functional flow of systems and acts as functional SME
• Architecture & Design End to end understanding ofdata model design patterns and architectural patterns
• Knowledge on solution design on various components andreusability design understanding pros/cons
• Coding & Testing Define best practices createknowledge base and promote usage of tools for code reviewsdebugging etc.
• Incident Management Review teamdeliverables ticket classifications and other supportdeliverables/process to suggest improvements
• Problem Management Drive Continuous ImprovementsTechnical/functional debt reduction
• Responsible for improvement of supportprocesses
• Project & Team ManagementCreate estimation resource planning scheduling project plan reviewfor all projects in the portfolio
• Identifyopportunities for proactive pitches
• DomainKnowledge Financial Acumen Derives insights from financialinformation through analysis/integration of quantitative &qualitative analysis.

Qualifications:

• Work experience of 12 15 years in ApplicationDevelopment preferably in a multichannel deliveryproject.
• Technical knowledge in Microsoft C C#SQL WebAPI WCF ADO.Net and software development process (AzureDevOps Git etc.).
• Strong customer serviceorientation initiative and developing otherscapabilities.
