    1. Position Available in ASSAM, GUJARAT , JHARKHAND, MAHARASTRA, ODISHA, WEST BENGAL

    Role Summary:

    This position will be responsible to drive business for the assigned cluster by enhancing productivity & keeping

    an outcome oriented approach. Igniting passion and enabling team members to achieve targets in various

    parameters of the business.

    Key Focus areas:

    Conversion rate, product mix, persistency, hiring & retention of team and a high % of executives exceeding

    planned productivity standard.

    Build progressive partnership with the stakeholders in the bank at Cluster and Branch level.

    Ensure Business Plans are discussed & agreed with Cluster Head on monthly basis & ensuring key actions are

    executed and reviewed.

    Drive sales for the cluster as per assigned target, identify potential customers and new business opportunities.

    Conduct regular performance reviews & give constructive feedback to ensure outcome is achieved

    Daily updates in alignment with Clusters of focused business parameters-Business Plan, Branch Seller Activation

    and persistency and thereby tracking the performance in all the parameters.

    Anticipate training needs for the Banks seller, create learning opportunities to upskill & spread awareness of our

    line of products.

    Drive a culture of recognition to accelerate revenue generation in the channel.

    Ensure operational effectiveness & control, workflow compliance with all regulatory requirements

    Ensure Talent attraction, retention & development & reduction in of cost of operations & manpower

    Drive a culture of recognition to motivate team members & accelerate revenue generation in the cluster

    Collaborates with the objective to support and contribute to bank strategy

    Qualifications & Competencies:

    Graduate/Postgraduate with minimum of 2 years of experience in leadership in Life Insurance in Bancassurance

    Overall, 5-7 years of relevant experience in Insurance / BFSI

    Should be a go -getter who is focused & assertive to achieve the outcome

    Relationship & networking, leading people, effective management of process

    Competition mapping & gathering market intelligence report on new updates

    Growth Mindset & effective stakeholder partnership is key to this role
