    Job Overview

    We are looking for a skilled Accountant to join our team in Salem, Tamil Nadu, India. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, analyzing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with taxation laws. The ideal candidate should have 4 to 6 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the sales industry. This is a full-time position with Kukulkan Manpower Consultancy.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
    • 4 to 6 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the Accounts industry
    • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
    • Experience with accounting software, preferably Tally
    • Proficiency in handling taxation matters, including GST and TDS
    • Familiarity with tax invoice preparation and filing
    • Ability to analyze financial data and generate insights
    • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Manage all financial transactions, including bookkeeping, invoicing, and payments
    • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers and journals
    • Analyze financial statements and provide insights to management
    • Ensure compliance with taxation laws and regulations, including GST and TDS
    • Prepare and submit tax returns, including IT returns
    • Handle audits and assist in the preparation of financial statements
    • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve financial issues
    • Monitor and report on financial performance, highlighting areas of concern
    • Stay updated with industry trends and changes in accounting standards
    • Provide support during budgeting and forecasting processes
    • Assist in streamlining financial procedures and identifying areas for improvement
