The Purchase Executive will play akey role in managing the sourcing and procurement of materialsensuring timely deliveries and optimizing costs within the solarenergydomain.
    Responsibilities:
    1. Sourcingand VendorManagement:
    • Identifyand evaluate potential suppliers for solar components andmaterials.
    • Negotiate terms and conditions withsuppliers to secure advantageousagreements.
    • Maintain strong relationships withexisting suppliers and cultivate newpartnerships.

    1. PurchasePlanning:
    • Collaboratewith project managers and other stakeholders to understandprocurement requirements.
    • Develop and implementstrategic procurement plans to meet project timelines and costobjectives.

    1. CostOptimization:
    • Analyzemarket trends and pricing to optimize costs and identify potentialcostsaving opportunities.
    • Implement strategiesto ensure costeffectiveness in the procurementprocess.

    1. QualityAssurance:
    • Workclosely with quality control teams to ensure that purchasedmaterials meet required standards.
    • Addressquality issues promptly and implement corrective actions withsuppliers.

    1. DocumentationandCompliance:
    • Maintainaccurate records of procurement transactions andcontracts.
    • Ensure compliance with companypolicies industry regulations and legalrequirements.

    1. Negotiationand ContractManagement:
    • Conductnegotiations with suppliers to secure favorable terms andconditions.
    • Draft and review contracts ensuringthey align with organizationalobjectives.

    1. SupplierRelationshipManagement:
    • Fosterstrong relationships with suppliers to promote collaboration andensure reliability.
    • Address any issues orconcerns with suppliers in a timely and effectivemanner.

    • Stayinformed about industry trends market conditions and emergingtechnologies in the solar sector.
    • Provideinsights and recommendations to leadership based on marketresearch.

    Qualifications:
    • Bachelorsdegree in Business Supply Chain Management or a relatedfield.
