System will be provided by Company

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently.

Generate invoices and ensure timely payment collections.

Generate E-Way Bills and handle purchase order (PO) creation.

Prepare estimates and quotations for potential clients.

Perform bank reconciliation to ensure accurate financial records.

Handle GST and TDS calculations and filings.

Prepare Management Information System (MIS) reports for management review.

Coordinate vendor payments and maintain payment records.

Collaborate with the sales team and distributors for payment coordination.

Occasionally perform administrative manager duties as required.

Assist in the finalization of accounts and coordination with external auditors or CAs.
