    RoleDescription

    This is a fulltimeonsite role for a Dialer Operations Specialist. The DialerOperations

    Specialistwill be responsible for managing optimizing and maintaining thedialer

    infrastructureto ensure efficient operation of the contact center. This includes

    monitoring dialerperformance managing campaigns and providing support to the

    operations team.

    Dailyresponsibilities:

    Servicecreation and provide the dial plan for the service.

    Creation of filters& assigning the proper filter.

    Allocation of the agent s loginresources.

    Resource groupcreation and E1 allocation.

    Configuration of theinbound number and assigned to particular service and users.

    Coordinate with theService providers for major problems related to dialer servers.

    Coordinate withrespective service providers for issues regarding VOIP/PRI lines.

    Automating the manualprocess in Lead management using SQL Server 2000 MS

    Access and excel etc toachieve timelines.

    Lead Management:Creation of tables for outbound dialing using SQL.

    Taking proper backupof all important data time to time SQL database.

    Cumulative End of Dayreports for delivery to clients.

    Configuration ofmultiple VOIP accounts on Vicidial.

    Qualifications

    Should have worked on predictive Dialerslike Vicidial / Asterix/FreeSWITCH.

    Strong analytical skills and attention todetail

    Excellent communication skills both verbaland written

    Prior experience in outbound dialingstrategies in telemarketing or collections campaign

    for USA

    Ability to work in a fastpaced environment

    Aware of all complianceregulationsDOT/TRAI

    Proficiency in call center technology anddialer management

    Bachelors degree in Computer ScienceInformation Technology or related field

    Experience with Avaya Genesys or otherdialer platforms is a plus

    Thorough knowledge of Windows server ADand network equipment like switches and

    firewall L1troubleshooting
