    Job Description:

    As an Advanced Analyst in Sax India LLP, the person supports in preparation of tax forms for US high net worth Individuals, Trusts and related tax forms.

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Develop brief understanding of day-to-day activities and transactions related to tax and tax accounting matters and make sure they are properly addressed.
    • Assist in preparation of US High net worth Individual and Trusts tax compliance.
    • Assist in preparation of various informational reporting such as 1099s, foreign reporting etc.
    • Assisting in preparation of US Estate & Gift tax returns.
    • Tax Payments – Prepare estimated and extension tax payments and manage tax payment process.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's / Master's degree in accounting or finance.
    • Minimum one to three years of relevant work experience in US direct tax compliance handling US Individual & Trust compliance.
    • Should understand Hedge fund K-1s, Publicly Traded Partnerships, ESBTs, 1099s, and other relevant forms.
    • Strong communication skills both oral & writing.
    • Strong computer skills including an intermediate knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
    • Experience in working on CCH Tax software is an added advantage.

    • Ability to work and plan effectively with minimal direction in ambiguous situations.
    • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building high functioning teams.
    • Able to articulate/position complex/critical challenges, issues, etc.
    • The ability to prioritize when working on multiple complex projects.
