Description

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to enhance and maintain our client Salesforce Service Cloud environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce development, deployment, and administration, particularly within the finance, banking, or capital markets sectors.

Responsibilities:

Implement new Salesforce solutions and features as part of our Service Cloud setup.

Manage code movement across different environments ensuring smooth transitions and efficient workflows.

Utilize SQL expertise to manage and optimize database interactions within Salesforce.

Oversee and execute deployment processes, ensuring reliability and minimal downtime.

Configure and maintain Salesforce environments including iServer, Scheduler, Enabler, and Jobs functionalities.

Leverage API integrations to connect Salesforce with other critical business applications, enhancing functionality and user experience.

Act as an advisor to the client team, guiding them through the Salesforce landscape and tools for development environment.

Qualifications:

At least 5 years of experience in Salesforce development, deployment, and administration.

Proven track record in the financial industry.

Proficient in SQL with a solid foundation in database management and operations.

Deep knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud including advanced configuration and customization.

Experience with Salesforce API integration and managing interactions between Salesforce and other enterprise applications.

Excellent communication.

Experience with Salesforce Lightning and/or other Salesforce platforms.

Salesforce certification.
