premium MNC client based in Pune.
We are looking for candidates with
2+ years of experience as a Data Scientist
Role & responsibilitiesUnderstanding of the customer needs (level = easy or medium) from RDI, Manufacturing, Marketing etc.
Identification of the statistical/numerical methods to answer this kind of problems.
Determination of the relevant data among those available and identification of the missing data to acquire if possible.
Consolidation/Agregation of the finally selected dataAnalysis and building of the model.
Detailed presentation of the results and/or the model (performances and limits) so that the final customer can use it or upgrade the results with the future available data.
KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTSEducational background in Statistics or Engineering (preferably Mechanical)Strong Coding /Debugging skills (preferably Python)Data Mining and Preparation; General life cycle understanding of AI/ML solutions.
Ability to understand/define the model performance, constraints and limitationsStrong Analytical and Problem-solving skillsComfortable with basic Physics concepts; Simulations; Physical Tests dataOpen mind to understand Business/ Domain understanding.
