Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Steward to join our team at Solaris Hotel Indore. As a Steward, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable dining experience. This is a full-time position based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Previous experience as a Steward or in a similar role
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Attention to detail
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service
• Ability to handle cash transactions
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Roles and Responsibilities

• Greeting and seating guests
• Taking food and beverage orders accurately
• Serving food and beverages to guests
• Providing recommendations and upselling menu items
• Checking on guest satisfaction and resolving any issues
• Clearing and resetting tables
• Assisting in cleaning and organizing the dining area
• Following all health and safety regulations
• Collaborating with other team members to ensure smooth operations
