Job Title: Talent Acquisition Executive / IT Recruiter

Experience: 1 to 4 Years

Work Location: S.G Highway, Ahmadabad

Working Days: 5 Days

Gender: Female Only.

Key skills:

1+ years of talent acquisition experience. Working experience with any IT Company,

Hands-on experience on Sourcing Skills, social media and job boards,

Experience in Various Job Portals,

Excellent communication, written, negotiation and time management skills with attention to detail,

Masters Degree in Human Resources or related field,

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and familiarity with HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description:

Own the recruiting cycle from end to end, spanning all areas and disciplines.

Creating and implementing Talent Acquisition Strategies for leadership, mid-career and graduate hiring.

Design, plan and execute employer branding activities

Reviewing employment applications and background check reports

Partnering with external providers as required to ensure hiring needs are met.

Use sourcing methods for hard-to-fill roles

Determine HR and recruiting KPIs, and present the report to the leadership team.
