Conversational Experience Designer

ROLE DESCRIPTION -Amelia is looking for multidisciplinary Conversational Designcandidates to work on our AI product, Amelia.

Your work experience andportfolio should include some combination of interaction design, visual design,conversational writing or content strategy, and would also ideally includevoice interface design.

Amelia is a cognitive virtual assistant who listens andinteracts with people to solve problems. She reads natural language,understands context, applies logic, infers user intention, learns through experienceand senses emotions.

As a Conversational Experience Designer at Amelia, you will:Mine insights and opportunities through workshops, research, and interviewsPartner with stakeholders to curate conversation flows, UI choices, andunderlying logicDesign conversational experiences that address the business & user needsReview chat logs, transcripts, recordings, and research to improve performanceContribute to internal knowledge creation, content standards, and bestpracticesExpand Amelia's value to clients in various industries around the worldFoster user-centered culture, values, and methodologiesSupport multiple concurrent client projects and support cognitive productinitiatives

Qualifications2+ years working in conversational experience design2+ years' experience in client managementExperience with user research, prototyping, and storyboards or content strategyInterest in new and emerging technologies like machine learning, AI, IoT, andVRExceptional communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
