Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager based in New Delhi. The HR Manager will oversee recruitment, hiring, and retention strategies, ensuring alignment with the organization's goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing HR policies, conducting employee engagement initiatives, ensuring compliance with labor laws, developing training programs, and fostering a positive and productive work environment. The role requires collaborating with other departments to address team needs and drive organizational success.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Recruitment Strategies, Talent Acquisition, and Staffing processes
- Strong expertise in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Performance Management
- Knowledge of Labor Laws, Compliance, and Organizational Policies
- Experience in Developing Training Programs and Employee Engagement Initiatives
- Excellent Communication, Leadership, and Interpersonal Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address HR-related challenges
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Proficiency in HR software and tools is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and adapt to dynamic organizational needs
