    We, the Products team at DataWeave, build data products that provide timely insights that are readily consumable and actionable, at scale. Our underpinnings are scale, impact, engagement, and visibility. We help businesses make data-driven decisions every day. We also give them insights that are long-term and strategic in nature. We are focused on creating value for our customers and help them succeed.

    We are also responsible for creating and maintaining internal products and tools that help the rest of the organization scale. Our data science, data quality, CSM, and marketing teams use tools built by us. They are our internal customers.

    Responsibilities:

    You will be responsible for the overall success of our products. Work closely with the Products Head & Founding team to :

    • Develop a vision, strategy, and roadmap for the product in collaboration with the leadership team.
    • Detail out market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by inputs from customer success & sales teams and on-going visits to customers.
    • Develop and implement a company-wide go-to-market plan; work with multiple functions to execute it.
    • Collaborate with the engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility and optimal implementation of new features. Understand and advocate for the latest in technology trends affecting the industry.
    • Manage the entire product life cycle from planning to execution: prioritization, release cycles, quality and timeliness of delivery, customer engagement, and feedback.
    • Clearly identify the value proposition of the product and all its features to help our sales and CSM teams.
    • Work with our customers to understand their pain points, be their champion internally, and prioritize requirements that create impact.
    • Work with UX/UI designers to ensure our products are user-friendly and meet the high standards of our customers. Incorporate feedback from user testing and customer interactions to improve the product.
    • Maintain comprehensive documentation of product specifications and update stakeholders with regular reports on progress and performance.
    • Manage expectations across teams. Ensure our work is always aligned with our product strategy even as we build stuff at a rapid pace.
    • Balance product building with activities around routine product support. Identify automation opportunities aggressively. Define processes for product support.
    • Collaborate with the data science team to: productize proven capabilities, identify new product opportunities, and help improve engineering processes.

    You Have:

    • 3+ years of product management experience including experience building and shipping products preferably in a technology-focused SaaS based environment.
    • Experience working with large-scale data/analytics systems is a bonus.
    • Technical background with an understanding of software development and web technologies.
    • Ability to think from first principles; ability to think at the right level of abstraction; strong problem-solving skills (both technical and non-technical).
    • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
    • Excellent teamwork skills, ability to motivate and drive cross-functional teams.
    • Naturally curious, passionate & have business/customer focus. Can make strategies to win.
    • MBA desirable
