Roles and Responsibilities:

Audit and verify ticket bookings issued on GDS/Airline Supplier and ensure accurate reporting in CRM and Accounting System.
Match and update purchase orders in the system with necessary approvals.
Create and upload invoices to the system.
Maintain flexibility in shift timings as required.
Adhere to TAT (Turnaround Time) and SLA (Service-Level Agreement) for all tasks.
Demonstrate keen attention to detail and accuracy in all transactions.
Validate information as per process requirements.
Ensure proper attachment of all documents for each ticket.
