We are seeking an experienced Financial Solutions Expert to join our team. As a Financial Solutions Expert, you will be responsible for promoting our home loan offerings to meet assigned targets. This role involves fostering relationships with customers and driving growth through various sales activities.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and analyze customer data to identify new business opportunities.
• Sanction and disburse loans within assigned targets, ensuring timely repayments and maintaining quality of the portfolio.
• Manage pre- and post-loan activities, including client acquisition and retention, to achieve business goals.
• Perform financial analysis, risk assessment, and present loan applications for approval to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to obtain necessary documents and resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner.
• Communicate credit decisions and promote responsible borrowing practices to potential clients.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or financial analysis.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
