Job Description: As a US IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting highly skilled IT professionals to meet the staffing needs of our clients. You will work closely with hiring managers and internal teams to understand requirements, identify suitable candidates, and manage the entire recruitment lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
• Source potential candidates through online channels, social media, networking, and referrals
• Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements
• Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Extend offers of employment and negotiate salary packages
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 8-12 years of experience in US IT Recruiting.
• Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in IT staffing
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
