- Operation and Maintenance of Cement Ball mill.
- Maintenance of Bucket elevator and belt conveyor, Apron feeder weight feeder etc.
- Maintenance of silo extraction system.
- Maintenance of roller press ad VRM System.
- Maintenance of Fly ash conveying system-PD pump.
- Maintenance of gypsum feeding system.
- Co-ordination with process team and other stakeholders of plant operation and maintenance team.
- Reliability of equipment and its maintenance.
- Ensure maximum output with optimum resources.
- Compliance of all safety standards.
- Compliance of WCM/ISO and other integrated Management Systems.
- Budgeting activities & inventory management of cement mills & its related equipment.
- Focus on people development for their skill and knowledge up gradation by providing practical on the job trainings.
- Knowledge of troubleshooting and SAP.
- Good Communication skill with positive approach.
- Creative Thinking about improvement jobs and improvements of system
