    Job Overview

    We are seeking an experienced International Marketing Manager to join our team at Illusion Dental Laboratory. As the International Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to expand our presence in international markets. This role requires a strong understanding of global marketing, event management, exhibition, KOL (Key Opinion Leader) management, social media marketing, digital marketing, and product marketing. The ideal candidate should have at least 7 to 10 years of experience in international marketing.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
    • Proven experience in international marketing with a focus on global brand expansion
    • Strong knowledge of event management, exhibition, and KOL management
    • Proficiency in social media marketing, digital marketing, and product marketing
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team
    • Demonstrated leadership and management abilities
    • Analytical mindset with a strong focus on data-driven decision making
    • Fluency in English (additional language skills are a plus)
    • Experience in the dental or healthcare industry is highly desirable

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement comprehensive international marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and sales
    • Research and analyze international markets to identify opportunities for growth
    • Manage and execute marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media marketing, and product marketing
    • Coordinate and participate in international events and exhibitions to promote our products and services
    • Build and maintain relationships with international KOLs to enhance brand visibility
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all international marketing channels
    • Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities
    • Manage the international marketing budget and allocate resources effectively
    • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the international marketing team
